All orders are non-refundable, please make sure you go over all of your items before checking out, once order is received you can NOT make any changes. Also at checkout, we ask that all card information is accurate at the time of checkout, please make sure that the billing and shipping address are valid/ match at the time of checkout to avoid your orders from being suspended. Again, please make sure all of the information is correct, because the shipping information cannot be changed after your order is placed and also orders cannot be canceled after being placed.
